For HVAC contractors
HVAC leads, $5 a month per county — every lead included.
Homeowners come to Henry with no cooling, no heat, and systems past their last repair. Subscribe to your county for $5/month and every HVAC lead in it is yours, no per-lead fee, and lock it before another company does.
$5 per county, per month
Every lead in your counties is included at no extra charge. Billed monthly, cancel any time.
Only 3 HVAC contractors per county
When three HVAC contractors hold a county, it closes. No fourth HVAC contractor, no auction, no bidding war.
Text-verified homeowners
Name, phone, email, and ZIP up front, with every number verified by text. Scope and photos land on the lead as the homeowner adds them.
Never more than 3 bids per job
Your close rate goes up when you're not the seventh call. Every lead in your county is yours to work, no extra fee.
The guy who owns Henry runs a service company too.
He's not a lead broker guessing at what works. He runs a home services company, works these same hvac leads himself, and the dashboards above are what that looks like on the books.
Don't take our word for it — call or text him. (256) 457-2771
Some counties see their first HVAC lead within days of subscribing — faster in peak season — while others take a few weeks as our local pages build traffic. We send homeowners who are actually looking, not list records, and your subscription covers every lead your county produces.
Receipts
This is what the leads turn into.
We're not going to show you a screenshot of leads delivered — anybody can generate a list. These are two hvac contractors' own dashboards, before and after they started taking Henry leads. Their books, their numbers.

Started with Henry at the end of April.
Straight out of his JobTread account — not a slide we built. Look at what April was, then look at May and June. Same crew, same trucks, same town; the only thing that changed was how many of the right homeowners were calling. Nearly $386K in approved orders across the stretch.

Started with Henry at the end of June.
This is his last 30 days: $142.58k closed, 43 estimates written, a 40% win rate, and another $435K sitting in open estimates. That's the part most lead companies never show you — what the pipeline looks like once it's actually full.
Real contractor dashboards, shared with permission. Names blurred. Results vary by market, crew size, and how fast you call.
The product
This is the lead you get.
No portal to babysit and no bidding war. Two emails hit your inbox — one the second a homeowner raises their hand, and a second one the moment they text back scope and photos.

Email one: the moment they submit.
Name, mobile, email, ZIP, how they want to be contacted, and whether they've cleared SMS verification yet. It lands within seconds, so you can be the first HVAC contractor on the phone — which is usually the one who books it.

Email two: scope and photos.
When the homeowner texts back what they actually want, we forward it — their own words plus every photo they sent. You can size the job before you dial instead of driving out to find out.
Real notifications from a live county. Homeowner details redacted here — you get them unredacted.
The math
Why county coverage is only $5 a month.
$5 a month per county · every lead included
Because the county lock is the product, not any single lead. $5 a month is less than most companies spend on a single day of clicks — and one system changeout out of a county's worth of leads pays for years of coverage.
Every homeowner on Henry is a real person with a text-verified phone number, capped at three bidders, and shared with only the companies holding that county. There's no per-lead charge to think about — the subscription covers everything that comes in.
We'll be straight with you: Henry is a newer name, and thousands of homeowners are already landing on the site every day looking for HVAC help — that number climbs every month as more of our local pages take hold. Some counties see leads within days, others take a few weeks to warm up. We're not chasing overnight volume — we're picking the three HVAC companies per county we want to hand work to for years, and the ones who get in now grow with the traffic instead of paying for it later.
That's the whole bet: a flat monthly fee for as many leads as your county produces. No contract, no minimum, cancel any time.

Straight answers
Why is county coverage only $5 a month?
Because the real value is the county lock, not any single lead. $5 a month is less than the cost of one shared lead elsewhere, and one closed HVAC job pays for years of coverage. We'd rather price it simply than nickel-and-dime you per lead.
When do my leads start?
Some pros see their first lead within days of subscribing; others take a few weeks while local pages build traffic in their county. We'd rather say that up front than promise a timeline we can't guarantee. Every lead is a homeowner who came to Henry looking for HVAC work in your county — we hold the line on quality instead of padding your inbox. A quieter week is the county cap doing its job: you're one of three, not one of twelve.
Are you one of the big lead companies?
No — and we won't pretend to be. Henry is a newer site built by a guy who runs a home services company himself. Thousands of homeowners hit it every day and that grows every month as more of our local HVAC pages rank. What that means for you: steady, real work that builds, not a firehose on day one. We cap every county at 3 HVAC contractors because we're looking for the crews we'll be sending jobs to for years.
What exactly is a lead?
A homeowner in your county who asked for HVAC work on Homeowner Henry. You get their name, phone number, email, and ZIP immediately, and every phone number is verified by text after they submit their details. From that same form the homeowner can add the full scope of the job and photos of the work — the moment they do, your lead updates with it in the pro portal and by email. You're calling a real person who just raised their hand, not a name off a purchased list.
Is there a limit on how many leads I get?
No. Your $5-a-month subscription covers every lead that comes in from your counties for as long as you hold them — there's no per-lead fee and nothing to run out of.
How is "3 HVAC contractors per county" enforced?
It's a hard limit in the system, not a promise. When you subscribe, your counties lock for HVAC. The fourth HVAC contractor who tries to claim that county is turned away and offered a neighboring one.
Can I take more than one county?
Yes. Pick every county you'll drive to — you'll see live availability for each one before you subscribe, at $5/month per county, and leads route to every ZIP inside them.
What gets a slot revoked?
Ignoring leads, no-showing homeowners, or quoting one number and billing another. Meet the Henry Standard and the county stays yours.
Are these leads exclusive to me?
No — a homeowner's job goes to a maximum of three HVAC contractors, and only HVAC contractors in the network. Your details are never resold to a directory or a bidding site.
Claim your counties before another HVAC company does.
$5 a month per county, every HVAC lead included. Subscribe and your county goes live — the rate you start at is the rate you keep as our traffic grows.
