Jason spent years on the estimating and scheduling side of residential work — walking houses, pricing jobs, and explaining to homeowners why two bids for the same project were $4,000 apart. He joined Homeowner Henry to do that explaining at scale.
His day looks like this: collect the quotes homeowners send in, sort them by city and job size, call the permit office or licensing board when a rule is unclear, and write it up in plain English. If a number can't be sourced, it doesn't go in the guide.
He writes what the numbers say, not what a contractor would prefer said. Pros pay us for leads; they don't get to edit the price ranges.
